St Louis to wherever I stop blogging

More catch up. Last two nights, no electrical hookup so no blog. So hot, I really didn't have the energy anyway. Wednesday, theJ and J limo company picked us up and we went to  Forest Park. Five times larger than NY central Park. Took the Zoo train and then walked all arounf
d. Supposed to be almost the number one zoo in U.S. Except for the bird exhibits we all voted for the Omaha Zoo as the best. I had lots of energy since I rested all day the day before. I got to pet sting rays and saw lots of animalsbefore getting on a trolley to tour the whole park. Got off at the science museum and saw lots stuff about space. I am not a big monkey but I would not like being in a space capsule. I saw a planefrom the Blue Angels. When we were in camp the day before wesawthe Ble Angels fly in front of the Arch. Unfortunately I had no camera with me. They did the man missing manuver. I did not know a Blue Angel pilot had been killed until J and J told us.

I talked to a lady there and she put me in a flight simulator. I think I will stick to trees. We did go to the Planetarium and the speaker there said there weremats if anyone wanted to lay on the floor, so we did. Boy, I learned a lot about stars and planets and the total eclipse that is due soon.  We finished the day by taking the recommendation od our tour guide at the stadium and went to The Hill. It is an Italian community and the food was incredible. J and J were staying at the Casino Queen Hotel, wherewewere camped and they invited us to their room to watch The Warriors. Their room was right on the water acrossfrom the Arch. What fun it was to watch all the boats and barges moving on the Mississippi. Jackie took a little pair of scissors and a comb wegot at the desk downstairs and gave Donna one of the best haircuts she ever had. She didn't even want a tip. They are really fun friends. John wasso good at being a tour guide but we couldn't talk them into meeting us atour next big city so I guess it is up to Cmor.
