Monday Morning.

Trying to catch up. We are leaving camp. 5:09a:m. 94*. Yesterday morning at Church the Priest said, "If you think this is hotter than hell, you're wrong". This is even hotter. Kingman Arizona. I am going to try to be a better monkey if Hell is worse than this.. This makes me think of my friend Goldie. He spent a summer after high school, working for a paver. That was all it took for him to decide to go to college.  Amazing how an example works. We keep meeting lots of European bike riders doing the 66 on a tour. I have been volunteering to take pictures. I found some ideas for what to do with extra car parts. Make furniture. Going tO make Route 57 Sign for our house. Maybe a burma shave sign. There was a zip line ride in Williams with a 57 Chevy above it. Too hot to do. We watched a worker lower his wheels on a high rail truck. It made us think of Rudi, rolling on down the track. Awful ride thru the mountains to Oatman. Very hot but beautiful scenery. Cmor did a good job, while I got to lok around. Not many people in town this time but the burros were friendlier. They were up on the boardwalks in the shade, trying to get in the buildings. I already told you the temps from yesterday. We watched the game on big screen in camp. Shared the couch with the brother of Steph Curry's  college friend. They were on their honeymoon from San Francisco. We were not happy with the results, but can now switch our attention to the Giants. Remember, there is always next year. Okay, I am caught up and David, Cmor's GPS said drive for 158 miles so on we go. Enjoy your day. Hugs from Junior, back in California
